With the effect sequencer, you can create your own light effects. The combination of several single effects e.g. movement effects and colour change effects produces stunning light shows. Besides, effect groups provide an easy way to blend between different effects within a group.
Creation of various effects
Parallel effects for higher flexibility
Grouping for easier control
Mutual control of different effects
Auto generated chaser and color effects
Lights within Music Beats
No matter whether in the club, on the wedding celebration or in the party room: The light should change with the beats of the music. Therefor DMXControl 2 offers two diferent analyzing modules, the BeatTool and the Sound Analyzer. The Sound Analyzer receives preanalyzed audio signals from WinAmp. Those signals can be used to create both, a beat signal, as well as a UV meter with different fixtures. The BeatTool can receive either a beat signal from WinAmp, or generate an own one. Afterwards the speed of effects and chaser can be controlled by this beat signal.
Easy controlable beat detection
Input directly over WinAmp
Generating a beat signal for music breaks
Control other modules (Effektsequencer,...)
The Perfect Light Show
If the light shall not only be synchronous to the beat of changing music but suitable for a specific piece of music, the audio player is the tool you need. Single music tracks can be inserted directly into the project and light scenes and effects can be assigned to specific parts of the music. This allows thrilling light shows with amazing light show elements.

DMX-In, MIDI, OSC, Joysticks, etc.
A software solution for light design is often more flexible as quite a lot of light consoles and mixers. However, for a fast and easy control, a haptic feedback is needed. DMXControl 2 therefor provides multiple interfaces to connect external consoles. Besides the reception of DMX and MIDI signals, there are also input possibilities for OSC messages. In addition, joysticks and the keyborard can be used for the control.
Support for different input types
Control of various DMXControl functions possible
Input signals can also be routed to the DMX output
Powerful Commands
Commands are a powerful instrument in DMXControl 2 for the control. With them, a mutual control of different DMXControl 2 modules is possible. Thus, for example, effects in the effect sequencer module can be started or stopped by a command box button. Also DMXControl 2 internal functions like the volume of the audio channels or the value of the master dimmer can be set. This opens up various possibilities, such as effects controlling each other, etc.
Commands are applicable like normal scenes
E.g. control of DMXControl 2 internal functions
Also mutual control of effects, modules etc. possible
DMX-Interface Diversity
The DMX interface is a core element in the whole light control chain. With DMXControl 2 you have the free choice between dozens of different DMX interfaces from several manufacturers. Thus you have the flexibility and can choose the DMX interface which fits to your demands.
Huge number of supported interfaces
Supports DMX Out as well as DMX In
Possibility of multiple interfaces at the same time
For the Great Theatres
To keep full control also during a theater play or musical, DMXControl 2 offers two program modules for the optimal stage light show. If you prefer to work with a paper script, then the scene list module is the right for you. Here you are able to program your scene sequences and run them according to your text script. However, the textbook module allows you to insert DMXControl 2 scenes seamlessly in the text script file on your computer. This makes the show operation easy.
